It's Really Beyond Me..

It seems the more I learn, the less I actually know.

I've been doing this Internet marketing game now for
well over 6 years solid, but I have less income today
than I did 2 or 3 years ago!

And, it's even harder today than it was back when...

It use to seem like I could just spit out products and
people would buy them, but now I can write program after
program, and nobody really seems interested.

It's really beyond me, and I am getting very frustrated.

What do people want in a software?

What are you looking for?

What could I create that you would purchase from me?

Those are the questions of the day.

PHP scripts are not selling as well as they use to..

PHP scripts are not selling as well as they use to, so I am moving on to the next level that everyone seems to want to be at.

I've put it off for far to long, and I really hate to do it, but I've got to put food on the table for my children.

It seems that "turnkey" businesses are now becoming the norm, so I will be converting all of my best selling programs into turnkey businesses.

It just doesn't seem natural to me doing things this way, but if that's what the buying public wants, that's what they shall have.

I've always been one to be in complete control over my businesses, scripts, websites, and everything else I "can" be in control of, so it's hard for me to understand why people would want to go the turnkey root...

A good friend of mine told me that it's because I am a programmer, and that I like to figure things out, sort out problems, and do all of that kind of thing, while the guy or gal down the street simply wants to be in business as fast as possible, and does not want to spend the time learning how to install a php script on their server.

I guess it all makes sense after he told me that, but it surely does feel uncomfortable. :)

Look folks, I do not mind if you post a comment to my blog and place a link to your site under a couple of conditions.

1) Your site must be unique, and original
2) Your site is not a link farm
3) Your site is not a "Traffic Equalizer" type generated site

So far, I have had to remove 100% of all comments added to my blog, because every comment added was pointing a link to nothing more than link farms, Traffic Equalizer pages, generated site pages, and you know the rest.

Let me make one thing very clear right now... You ARE NOT going to make a living online by creating these types of websites! PERIOD!

I know that's what a lot of the of the "so-called" gurus would have you believe, but think about this.

Do you really think they're worried about if you make money or if they make money?

If you answered "they are worried about themselves making money", then you would be 100% correct in your answer.

Look, I've been online for well over 12 years now making money myself, and I can tell you I have seen them come and I have seen them go, but one thing that always holds true...

They Will ALWAYS look out for themselves, and they could really care less about you.

One of the fastest ways NOT to get listed in the search engines is to create a website with 100+ pages of search engine listing results, and then run around to blogs and free link sites posting your link to your sites, thinking you're going to have something truly great come from that.

Anyway, I will now get off of the e-high-horse, and get back to work, but here's the bottom line...

If you post a comment that contains a link to any of the types of sites I mentioned above, I will remove your link, and if you persist in doing this, I will simply block your IP address altogether.

I have not worked at getting my site(s) listed into the search engines (many with top 3 listings out of millions) to have that destroyed by a link from one of my sites pointing to a link farm or useless and bad example of an AdSense site.

If you really want to learn how to start producing AdSense sites that make a difference, then I would refer you to my friend Jonathan Leger, and his site AdSenseGold.

Also, you couldn't go wrong by joining my membership club, and grabbing private label rights software that I create each month, and you can sell as your own.

Start making money the easy way, and stop running all over the Internet like a chicken with your head cut off, thinking that you're going to make $10 or $20 extra bucks each month with these cookie cutter websites. Google and Yahoo are already onto you and everyone else doing this.

PHP Website Builder and Private Label Software

Well, I finished the PHP Website Builder System that I was creating, and in fact I ended up selling several copies with private label rights included. After selling a few copies with private label rights, I decided to take the software off of the market, and move on to other ideas I've had, including a private label membership site.

I created the "Elite Private Label Membership Club" for a few reasons, mainly because I love to program, and I love to see people have the chance at creating a nice little income for themselves.

You see, there are many people on the Internet all trying to make a name for themselves, and trying to figure out some way to make money online.

I have always had the ability to make money online because I am a programmer with a little streak of "marketer" in me, so making money when I needed to was never really an issue for me.

But, after talking with many "wanna-be" Internet marketers over the last couple of years, one of the biggest problems for them seems to be the ability to start and create an online business that isn't like everyone else's.

What On Earth Have I Been Doing?

Well, time sure flies when your having fun... or so "they" say..

You know, just as a passing thought.?.?.?... Who are "they" anyway?

Okay, back to business as it were.

What have I been up to? Well, I decided that I was going to go out and buy a brand new PHP script for doing link exchanges on my websites. Well, to say the least, I did find a few of them.

I most likely did not find them all, but I can say that I found more than I care to count at this point.

When I first started looking for a link exchange script written in PHP, I really only had a couple of things that I knew I wanted in a script.

First, it had to be very easy to use. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money or even very little for that matter, and have some kind of slapped together user interface that was more time consuming to figure out how to use, than I could hand build a link exchange script of my own.

The second deal was, it couldn't be a typical, run of the mill link exchange script. In other words, God knows everybody has a link exchange on their websites today, and it's getting to the point that the search engine spiders really don't like them much anymore.

With nothing but pages and pages of links, and very little content, the search engines are being very picky as to what they're indexing now days.

After spending hours looking at all of the scripts available, and trying the few that had online demos of their products, I decided (as most PHP programmers would) to go ahead and build my own.

I didn't find one script that you could add or allow your link exchange partners to add any type of significant content at all. And, I only found two that were "search engine friendly". By search engine friendly, I mean a dynamic script without the dynamic web address nonsense. You know, the question mark (?) some_name= whatever crap....

Come on programmers, we are in the year 2005, can we start making these scripts search engine friendly or what?

Anyway, so I started building my own link exchange script, and added all of the features I mentioned above, and more.

Now, when one of my link partners wants to add another site to my exchange, all they have to do is log into their own account, add their link, and fill in a "short description" and a "long description" of their page, click the add button, and they're done.

I can then log into my admin area, review all of the links that have been added, and either okay the links or send them an email and ask them to correct something in their link or descriptions, or I can even change it myself.

Not only that, but this dynamic MySQL database driven link exchange script is even search spider friendly! Can you believe that?

So, what you need to do if you're interested in a link exchange script like this, is head on over to Online-Net-Business.Com, and keep your eyes on the "Niche Software" section of my site, and in the next day or two, you will find this PHP script available.

Not only that, but I am going to put the $120.00 PHP link exchange scripts on the run. Maybe, I'll even put a few of the $50.00 scripts on the run as well...

Drag Racing, NHRA, IHRA, & Pro Modified

Well, this may be a little off topic for this blog, but I have started re-working another website of mine, Drag Racing Forums Dot Net.

I started drag racing at the young age of 16 with my very first car. Took it to the drag strip that was about 50 miles from my home, and after the very first night, I was hooked! I've been involved with drag racing ever-since then in one form or another.

I started DragRacingForums.Net a long time ago, and never really had the time to do much with it. I started messing around with it a couple of days ago again, and I've been hammering away at it since.

Once I have a layout that I'm happy with, I will probably convert the thing into another PHP adventure of some type, and I already have many ideas that would really help ease the building, and maintenance end of it.

I have already been working on an RSS feed building script that I am using on the site, as well as a few other sites of mine. I am currently adding that script into the NBB System that I sell at PMMG-Marketing.Com. So far it's been a really handy script.

So, if your the least bit interested in drag racing or even auto sports, you may want to keep you eyes on Drag Racing Forums Dot Net, and see what I come up with in the end.
